TEACHERS WORKSHOP
A workshop on Meditation by HEARTFULNESS was conducted on 19TH and 20TH ofJune in AF School Manauri. The workshop was attended by all the teachers or Airforce School Manauri and Airforce School Bamrauli as well.
The workshop was quite informative as all the sessions were followed by various activities. Certificates were provided to all the participants.
In a nutshell, it can be said that the workshop was fruitful as it rejuvenated the minds and bodies of the participants.
